The Monte Carlo Living Room has one of the best names in the city, and it's also one of Philly's finer clubs. Before we get any further, don't expect to come waltzing in the place dressed in a feathered boa; jacket and tie are required and the policy is rather strictly enforced. What you'll find is a building that caters to the older crowd and showcases European and South American music in addition to the usual fare. The emphasis on the entire club is European, so perhaps the best thing to do is throw on a fake accent and dive right in. Definitely fun if you're into dressing up nice and having a good time; we heartily recommend it.
