The USS Olympia was sailed by George Dewey at the Battle of Manila during the Spanish-American War, and it is actually the last ship that remains from said war. The stately ship is now fully equipped for giving tours, and comes complete with its own officers, staterooms, engine room, galley, gun batteries, and tower. We found the tour to be of very standard fare, with the obligatory war stories and generic battleship memorabilia, and we couldn't honestly recommend this attraction to anyone other than those die-hard maritime fanatics.
